This document sets out the terms and rules governing all users' access to and use of the 918kiss platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 918kiss platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 918kiss as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 918kiss platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. 918kiss reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify its eligibility.

2 Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 918kiss platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without any refund of remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The name registered must match the name on the bank account used for financial transactions. Any inaccurate information may result in delays in payment processing or account closure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

User Responsibilities

Not using the platform for fraudulent purposes or any unlawful activity.
Not attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the platform's operations.
Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
Complying with all applicable Malaysian laws when using this service.

3 Payment Information and MYR Transactions

All transactions on the 918kiss platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and bank transfers via other local Malaysian banks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may change from time to time.

Winnings will only be processed to the bank account registered under the user's own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the payment method and account verification level.

918kiss does not cover any fees or charges levied by a user's bank on incoming or outgoing transactions. All banking fees are the user's sole responsibility. Once confirmed, all transactions are final and non-reversible except at 918kiss's discretion in specific cases such as verified technical errors.

In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact customer support within seven days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be able to be processed.

4 Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

918kiss reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

Accounts suspended pending investigation will remain inaccessible for the duration of that investigation. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance fully restored. If a violation is confirmed, the account balance may be forfeited where it is linked to fraudulent activity.

Users may also close their own accounts by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three to seven business days. Any valid remaining balance will be transferred to the user's registered bank account once the verification process is complete.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure in accordance with the platform's current policies, and users will be notified via their registered email address.

5 Liability Limits and Intellectual Property

Platform Liability Limits

918kiss is not liable for any financial losses, loss of profits, business disruption, or indirect damages incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use this platform. This includes service interruptions due to system maintenance, internet connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.

918kiss's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. The platform makes no guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption or free from errors.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 918kiss platform — including logos, graphic designs, user interfaces, text, and software code — is the exclusive property of 918kiss or its respective third-party licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Any third-party website links that may appear on the platform are provided for informational purposes only. 918kiss is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites.

6 Changes to Terms and Governing Law

918kiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at the platform's sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the website. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the platform after any terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this document shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
